Shipping & Returns

We have a customer friendly returns & exchange policies on most of the items sold on Retailwal.com. We will guide you through the process so feel free to call our customer care for details.

General Returns

We have ‘No Issue- Retailwal.com 7 day, 100% acceptance policy on most NEW – UNOPENED items. A 10% re-stocking fee is applicable on these items. Any opened item may be returned within 15 days of delivery, for a refund up to 75% of the value of the product. The value of the product is accessed by our inventory team. 

However a prior Return Number should be obtained for all returns. Click here to get a Return Authorization Number. One way Shipping charges to return the items back to us are paid by the customer. Any returns made without the Returns Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Value of the order is refunded back as direct transfer to your bank account or credit to credit card. No Cash refund is done. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Cancellation by Retailwal: There may be certain orders that Retailwal  is unable to accept and must cancel. Retailwal reserves the right, at Retailwal s sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Retailwal  credit and fraud avoidance department. Retailwal may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Retailwal will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card account.

 

Exchanges

For products with defects, broken, incorrect items shipped and needs exchange. Please visit here to get a Return Authorization Number. You need not  pay the shipping/courier charges . If the product is presented for exchange then it will be replaced with the product of the same nature. We have a 7 day exchange policy & we reserve the right to refund the order if we do not have any stock left for any particular item requested.

Gift Returns

All the above policies apply to products purchased or delivered as Gifts.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled before the shipping is made are eligible for 100% acceptance policy. If shipping is in progress, a 10% restocking fee may applicable. If the shipment had already reached the designation, the item should be returned in order to process cancellations & one way Shipping charges are paid by you.
